Hastings Model Village
The Model Village in White Rock Gardens has now sadly disappeared. It was opened on 19th February 1955, designed by Mr Stanley Deboo. Unfortunately due to vandalism it was forced to close in 1995. In its place is the best miniature golf course in the UK built by Chris Richards in 1997. Some of the foundations of the village remain.

The model village gets a mention in 'Haunted Hastings' by Tina Lakin (pp62-63.) It's said that the village was inhabited by 'little people.'
